The first tournament will take place just a few kilometres from Prague. This golf resort prides itself on having two 18-hole championship courses.
The Radecký Course is named after a former owner, the famous military commander who fought in the Napoleonic wars, Vaclav Radetzky von Radetz. This course has become famous thanks to its numerous bunkers and water hazards. Hole number 6 is of note, as there is a small pond between the teeing ground and the green, as is the NGT additional contest known as the "Best Beach Shot" held at Konopiště under the auspices of the APOGEO Group. It will take place regularly throughout the Tour, each time under the name of the respective patron.
Best Beach Shot specification:
The attributes of this contest are similar to "Nearest the pin", when the ball is played from a bunker closest to the hole. Partnership "Beach Shot" will be served in the sand.
TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
- 07:30 – 09:00 arrival of players, registration, practice
- 07:30 – 10:00 buffet breakfast
- 09:00 – 10:30 beginning of tournament with consecutive tee-off at hole no.1 and 10
- 09:00 – 17:00 additional contests (Best Beach Shot, Longest Drive, Trouble Shot)
- 13:30 – 15:00 buffet lunch
- 14:00 – 17:00 club-fitting (swing tests)
- 15:00 – 17:00 closing ceremony
- 17:00 – 17:30 announcement of results
Our players will have caddies, which will support their game during the golf tournament.
PRIZES
- Prizes will be awarded to the top three contestants in all HCP categories (men/women).
- Prizes will also be prepared for the winners of additional contests.
- The winners of respective HCP categories (men/women) will be awarded a trophy and advance to the finals.
