World Golfers Championship – World Championship of Amateur Golfers
The participants of NATLAND Golf Tour 2010 have a unique opportunity to win the participation in the world most prestigious amateur golf tournament - World Golfers Championship (WGC). The absolute winner of whole Natland Golf Tour 2010 who will rise from the WGC national finals (Kunětická Hora) will acquire an exclusive participation in the WGC 2010 world finals in the Invitational (WGI) part.
World Golfers Championship is the biggest amateur golf project in the world. For 15 years of its existence it has spread to almost 40 participating countries, and even more countries are joining each year. Apart from the Championship competition part, which includes qualification rounds and national finals in the participating countries, also WGI is played for invited guests on the same golf courses and at the same time.
The 2010 finals will be played from 30 October to 5 November in four Thai golf clubs Black Mountain, Banyan, Imperial Lake View a Palm Hills (provinces Cha-Am and Hua Hin). In the Invitational part the tournament is designed to encourage the establishment of international contacts and friendships. Also the division of the players into groups is done according to their spheres of interest.
